What a lovely devotional! Learning to accept help has been on of the hardest lessons I’ve had to learn but also one of the most important. And I love the traditions you shared! So easy and practical for folks like me who are trying to start our own traditions.

Thank you Daniel! It’s such a hard lesson, one that’s taken years for me to learn. And these are some of my favorite traditions and really help make this season special.

EZ+1! I love this so much! Thank you for these beautiful suggestions to help celebrate the season. Lucy's eyeballs always make a statement, right?!

Lovely writing as always. I’m in the trenches of “morning” (aka all day) sickness of my third and a little earlier than expected pregnancy-and it has been hard to remember it is ok to accept help in a season that’s looking very different than I originally imagine. Thank you for this!

Thank you Elise! I’m so glad this encouraged you! It really is hard to remember we need each other when we’re so bent on just surviving the next thing.

So beautiful! Yes I’m being drawn more into liturgical living, not rote dry traditions but rich meaningful heritage continuing, mindful of the cloud of witnesses. I appreciate your talking about ministering to your children and preparing the way.
